1. By agreeing to our terms, you’re agreeing to all following provisions. When you complete your reservation, you automatically accept these terms and any other terms that you’re provided with during the reservation process.
2. In order to make reservation, you have to fill the necessary info (including payment and contact details) and you are responsible to provide us with the correct
information. The reservation you make is related to certain number of persons, so the number of persons you made the reservation for are expected to appear on time at our restaurant to attend the event – live performance the reservation is for. Once you make a reservation, you are not able to change or cancel it. In case you need to make a change please contact our restaurant to examine any alternatives to the day and time you have selected, although we are not obliged to accept your request.
3. You need to be at least 18 so as to use this platform and make a reservation. In order to attend the event the reservation is made for, you are expected to have the receipt of the reservation made and declare your name, since the reservation is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.
4. When making a reservation, you agree to pay the total cost of the bill at our restaurant for the products you bought according to the menu of our restaurant, including any extra charges and taxes that may apply.
5. For a reservation to be made a payment of a certain amount is required. This payment is non-refundable. If you cancel a reservation or you do not show up at our restaurant on the date and time you selected when making your reservation, this amount we will not be refunded. This amount that is prepaid so as to make a
reservation is deducted on a personal basis from the overall payment to be made by you at the restaurant when the bill is issued. In case your reservation is cancelled by our restaurant, the prepaid amount will be refunded to you by a bank transfer. The restaurant is entitled to cancel a reservation in case the event- live performance is cancelled for whatever reason. In this case our only obligation is to return the prepayment made though the platform.
6. We do not store your payment method details for future transactions.
7. When you make a reservation, you accept the applicable policies of our restaurant and therefore you are required to arrive at the restaurant on time. If you think you’re not going to arrive on time, please contact our restaurant.
8. Personal information about you (e.g. your name, email address) that you provide us to make a reservation will be collected by us so as to provide you with the services related to the reservation and allow your entrance to the restaurant. We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the above purpose and perform the services requested by you. A longer retention period may be required or permitted by law. Generally, the criteria used to determine our retention periods include: a. The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide services to you. B. Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, legal obligation to keep accounting records of transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them). c. Whether retention is advisable considering our legal position. (such as, for statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations). d. Withdrawal of consent. We will only process your personal data, if at least one of the following conditions applies: a. You have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes e.g. subscribing to receive newsletters; b. Processing is necessary for the performance of services requested by you. Likewise, in the event that you withdraw your consent to any of the processing, this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously. To revoke such consent, you may contact us through the appropriate channels, by sending us a letter to the following address: info@bairaktaris.com.gr. We only share your personal data when this is necessary so as to provide services or to fulfill an obligation imposed by law. We may share your information with: i) Our third-party partners, service providers, exclusively to the extent that is necessary for the purposes of operating and providing you with the services that you have requested; ii) professional advisors and auditors for the purpose of meeting our audit and tax responsibilities; iii) any third party in order to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including statutory or regulatory reporting or the detection or prevention of unlawful acts, tax, regulatory or other public authorities. When we share personal data with other organizations and third- parties, we ensure that they keep them safe. Third parties are authorized to retain these data for the purposes listed above and are not allowed to use your personal data for other purposes. Such sharing or transfer of personal data will be protected by appropriate measures (e.g. appropriate contractual clauses, data processing contracts, intra-group disclosures of personal data, etc.). All our data processors act on our behalf on basis of legal agreement and provide for the safety of your personal data. You may contact us at any time, so as to exercise your rights. You will be appropriately informed by us about your request in 30 days upon receipt of the request made. 9. These terms are governed by Greek law and in case of a legal action related to these terms the courts of Athens, Greece are exclusively competent.
10. We may make changes to these Terms at any time. Any existing reservation will continue to be governed by the Terms that applied when the reservation was made.
